Propath completes spatial analysis of the whole transcriptome using the NanoString GeoMx

Advancing spatial transcriptomics: Propath completes spatial analysis of the whole transcriptome using the NanoString GeoMx.

Propath has become one of the first commercial laboratories in Europe to successfully complete spatial analysis of the whole transcriptome, profiling over 18,000 RNA targets per tissue section.

Propath employed the NanoString Whole Transcriptome Atlas (WTA) panel on the GeoMx digital spatial profiler to profile tumour tissue from FFPE samples, working in close collaboration with NanoString and a large biopharmaceutical company.

The WTA is designed for comprehensive profiling of spatial biology, providing an unbiased view of 18,000+ protein-coding genes. The panel can be used for spatial analysis of any target in any tissue in the biological regions that matter most.

Completing this significant study further extends Propath’s experience and capabilities in spatial biology, including ultra-high plex immunofluorescence and spatial transcriptomics.

As one of NanoString’s accredited service labs, Propath provides a turnkey service for spatial analysis using the NanoString GeoMx.
